Quick Overview:
Call the first number. Put that person on HOLD. It will confirm that they're on hold even though it will otherwise look like the call is not active. Click "Dial A Number" to dial the next phone #. Once that person answers, hit MERGE and the calls will be merged.
If one person hangs up, the call will still be active. If you hang up and the others do not, you will see Active Conferences. You can either rejoin or disconnect the participants.
Tip:
If you're on the AMS plan, you have the PHONE BOOK feature available. You can add CMS, Carrier #s and more to the Account Level in SETTINGS> Phone Dialer> Phone Book. Name them well so it's easy to tell who to call. If agents need other frequently called numbers on their phone book, they can add them in their user profile. Account> My Information> Phone Book.
