Once you have worked the Lead inside of Radius and actually written a policy for this Lead, you can click on the 'Covert to Client' button to move this Lead to the Client Section of your Account.
You don't need to re-enter any information, Radius will take all the Notes, Data, Tags, Tasks, Files and more into the Client Section. You'll just update the information on the policy they've selected along with Effective & Renewal Dates, Premium, etc. We also recommend changing their Status as well.
If you are on our AMS plan, you can also convert to other custom record types. You are unable to convert leads/clients to Agents since that is a separate feature.
Please note that you should not convert Clients to Leads since you'd lose their commission history.
You can also bulk update available record type changes from a list of leads or clients, Select (or click Select All), Bulk Update and Convert.
