Quick Reference: Settings> Account Logo, Name & Time Zone Settings

Customize your account settings with your company logo, name & your account's primary admin's details.

Two important features that will help you for extra security and compliance requirements you might have are:

*SMS send time range

-- limits system generated text/SMS messages to be sent within a certain time frame. SMS generated outside of those hours will be sent the next day.

*Password Security Options

-- determine how strict you want your account's password requirements to be by defining the character requirement, opt for a requirement for password reset after X days and/or use the two step verification. If you choose the two step verification, note that your account users must have their cell phone in Account> My Info in the cell field so that they can receive the authentication text.
