User Account Setting

Username: Used for logging into your account.

Password / Confirm Password: Used for logging into your account. Enter and confirm your new password when making changes.

Timezone: Sets the specific timezone for the user.

Text Messages Are Allowed Between: Controls the hours during which SMS messages can be sent. Choose to use the account-wide times or set custom times based on the user's timezone.

User Type: Determines the user's access level — Account Owner (full access), Account Admin (cannot access billing), or Agent (cannot access billing or system settings).

Record Access: Controls which records the user can see — Records in My Agency and Downline, or other configured access levels. Admins always have access to unassigned records; other users can be granted access via the "User Can Access Unassigned Records" checkbox.

Agent Dropdown View: Controls which agents appear in the agent dropdown for this user — All Agents (everyone in the account), Agents Within Same Agency, or Only Self.

Inactive: Marks the user as inactive. Inactive users retain their history in the system but have all permissions revoked. Inactive users are charged at $10/mo.

Lead Access Permissions: View, Add, Edit, and Delete permissions for leads.

Business Clients Access Permissions: View, Add, Edit, and Delete permissions for business clients.

Client Access Permissions: View, Add, Edit, and Delete permissions for clients.

Additional toggles control whether the user can download reports, view the messages tab (voicemails, SMS, recorded calls), view all SMS messages, view missed calls, view unassigned recordings, and view all tasks on the calendar.
