Summary: You have several options to customize your data. Understanding all options before creating them will help you. Review what we have first before creating duplicate fields so you don't get confused as to where to enter the data.

Medicare fields, Custom Dates, Custom Agent Fields are enabled or created in Settings> Email, columns, calendar & other.

Analytics: These are super powered custom data fields that can make your data more actionable for workflows, reporting and more. You are limited to 5, so choose wisely. This is most commonly used for Lead Source, Marketing Campaigns, Preferred Language, Opted In For Text.

You would create the analytic field of Lead Source and then add the values of FB Lead, Website, etc. (this is already a default for you) where as Opted in for Text would only have the values of Yes and No.

Coverage Types: allows you to track the various plan types you sell (ie MedAdvantage, Life, Health, Group) Settings> Coverage Types & Custom Data Fields> Edit or Add Coverage Type

Custom Fields: capture data for anything that Radius doesn't offer already. Review what we have first before creating duplicate fields so you don't get confused as to where to enter the data.

Policy Custom Fields: fields that you only need for the policies themselves that we haven't already created. Review what we have first before creating duplicate fields so you don't get confused as to where to enter the data.

Dropdowns: Create drop down lists of different values to choose from. Then in custom or policy custom fields, you can set that drop down list as the "Type". The most basic drop down would be Yes/No with the values of yes and no.
