Step 1: Upload the attachment
*If it is a Carrier Document, upload that in Settings> Carriers> Documents.

*If it's a lead/client specific file, upload that in their Files tab.

*To add in general files, go to Settings> Weblinks & Email Attachments. Click Add New File and upload.

*If it's going to be used ONLY in that 1 email template, you can upload it directly in the email template editor. Use the link icon and choose "File Manager" or the BUTTON content option and choose "Link File". Hit Send Email.

​Step 2: Edit the email template
*If you're are sending directly from a lead or client file, hit "SEND EMAIL". Choose the email template. You'll see the attachment options above the body of the email. Scroll down and hit Send Email when you've finished editing.

*If you are editing a template in Templates (formerly known as Drips), edit the template. Use the link icon and choose "File Manager" or the BUTTON content option and choose "Link File". Check out the video below to see this in action.
Save the template changes.
