In the left-hand sidebar, go to Landing Pages.
Radius includes two default pages you can update:
SOA Submission Thank You Page
A simple thank-you page confirming the scope of appointment has been completed.
Meeting Confirmation Page
Confirms the appointment has been booked. Since these default pages are fairly basic, it's worth customizing them — for example, adding a video to the Meeting Confirmation page that explains what to expect during the meeting, or adding details specific to your company.
2. Example: A Scheduling / Booking Page
Another common use of landing pages is a booking page you can send by email or text — for example, a “Schedule Now” page. It can include your company logo, a message, and buttons linking out to your appointment scheduler (in person, phone, Zoom), plus a phone number to call directly.
3. Build a New Landing Page
All of this is built using the landing page template builder, which works similarly to the email template builder.
1. From the Landing Pages list, click Add New Landing Page.
2. Enter a Description (an internal label, e.g. “enrollment season bookings”).
3. Enter a Path — this becomes part of the page's URL/link.
4. Always add a Spacer block at the very top of the page. This keeps your content from bumping up against the browser bar.
5. Add a Title block for your message, e.g. “Please choose a time from the schedules below.”
6. Go to Rows and drag a row onto the page for your scheduling options (for example: Phone, Virtual, In Person).
7. Add Button blocks into that row — one button per scheduling option.
8. Rename each button to match its option, then open its Button Properties and paste in the URL for your appointment scheduler in the Url field.
9. To add a video (e.g. explaining what to expect), go to Content and drag a Video block below your buttons. Note it must be dropped exactly where it says “drag it here” — this part of the builder can be finicky.
In the Video Properties panel, paste in a hosted video URL (YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom). It must be a hosted video link — you can't upload the video file itself.
11. If your layout needs adjusting, go back to Rows and drag another blank row in, then use the move controls to reposition your blocks. The formatting can take some trial and error — that's normal.
12. Optional Customization:
* Add your company logo. Drag an Image block onto the page, then Browse to upload or select your logo image.
Add contact info. Drag a Text block onto the page and type your company name and contact details, e.g. “Best Insurance — Contact us at 888-711-3231.”
Important: The Form block does not work correctly on landing pages. Don't add a form to your landing page — it will not function. Every other block (title, image, video, buttons, rows, text) is safe to use.
4. Save, Test and Publish
1. Click CREATE (or Submit Changes), then test the page by clicking its Path link. This opens the live page in a new tab — note the URL will include radiusbob.com in it; this is expected since it's a landing page, not a full website.
2. Once you're happy with it, go back to the Landing Pages list and toggle Published from No to Yes.
3. Confirm by clicking OK in the “Change the publishing status of this landing page?” dialog.
4. Your page is now published and its link is ready to use in emails and texts.

Quick Tips
Note: Always start with a Spacer block at the top of every landing page.
Note: Video blocks require a hosted video URL (YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom) — you cannot upload a video file directly.
Important: Never use the Form block on a landing page — it does not work.
