Quick Reference: Settings> Coverage Types & Custom Data Fields> Create Dropdown> New Dropdown
example: Name= Term Length. Save. Dropdown Home> Click on the Values link next to the Name
Add New Record & Save
Keep adding New Records in the Values until you have all of your options.
