This video covers how to add leads and clients into the system via manual entry,  lead vendor integration, via spreadsheet import & via a website form. It's a quick overview of these steps, so please see the full Import Spreadsheet tutorial below as well.

You may want to prep your Radius account with Custom Form Fields, Counties & Products before the import process. Here are links to those specific instructions.

 1) Read the import spreadsheet tutorial and watch this video.  

2) Create any Custom Form fields that you need.

2) Create any Counties you have listed in your spreadsheets. Settings> Counties> Add Counties. You can also remove States/Provinces that you don’t want to see in that section. Be sure to click this link as you'll be able to see lists of the counties for easy import.

3) Create any Carriers & Products that are in the client book of business that you’re importing.
