Lead Temperatures are set to a default number of days for Hot, Warm, Cool and Cold. To adjust these automated settings or to be able to manually change lead temperatures, go to

If you choose to manually control the temperatures, you will have to edit every lead's temperature. We recommend keeping the temperatures to the timing and using STATUS as the more specific option. After all, you may have a hot lead come in minute one and submit their app within the hour, and another lead might have been in the system for a few weeks, but you're still waiting on necessary paperwork to convert them to a client. Status is the way to track and automate the sales process.
