Watch and Review on how you can send a Scope of Appointment to Leads within Radius. *Admins must enable SOA before Agents can add their Signature

Settings > Email, Columns, Calendar & Other Settings > Enable SOA and type in the coverage types. Submit.

Each Agent should add their signatures in their Account > My Information > SOA: Add the Signature and the Sales Rep ID below it. Here's a tool to help you generate a signature in case you need it CLICK HERE

Note that most of the time you will use your National Producer Number (NPN) as your sales rep ID. However, certain states require that you use your state license number instead, which is why you can add in multiple sales rep IDs, set one as the default and switch between the IDs as you generate the scope based on the location of the lead/client. See video for more details.

In the Lead or Client profile, you can hit Generate SOA to send them an email. It will then be in their Files if you need to resend, text or see if they've completed it.
