Business Verification via Radius

If you're on the AMS plan, you can purchase or port numbers into Radius. If you do so, please request a business verification via our Help app (bottom right corner of Radius and this page). You will need an EIN and either a website or social media handle as part of the requirements.

Comply With Regulations & Understand Best Practices

Register With Caller Analytics Services

Registering your business phone numbers with FreeCallerRegistry and other caller analytics services can greatly help prevent phone calls displaying “Potential Scam, Spam, etc.”

If you are experiencing blocked calls or reports of Spam Likely when calling your customers on their mobile phones, you can also contact wireless carriers to have flags removed.

Caller Analytics Services

Free Caller Registry

Free Caller Registry is a service where the major 3 caller analytics services, Hiya, First Orion, and Transaction Network Services (TNS) have partnered to streamline business phone number registration. Registering with the three analytics services directly is unnecessary if you use the Free Caller Registry.

  1. Provide your caller information, including phone numbers, call category, and preferred display name.

  • This information is immediately distributed to First Orion, Hiya, and TNS.

  • Each of these companies will use the information to support the phone numbers’ reputation with the major US wireless carriers.

  • You will receive notification of receipt of your registration directly from each analytics service provider.

  • First Orion, Hiya, and TNS will each verify the submission and communicate directly with the call originator from that point forward.

  • If you've already set up via Free Call Registry, you do not need to register with the 3 analytics services, but we've listed their details at the bottom of this page in case you want to submit a specific request to them.
